The Route Overlay is a map-based workspace for visualizing and managing delivery routes. It provides a real-time view of all your routes on a map alongside a customer stop list, giving route managers a single place to review route coverage, spot gaps, and make adjustments.
Access it from Settings → Delivery → Route Overlay.
The interface is divided into three sections:
At the top of the sidebar are three display toggles and a Reload button:
| Toggle | Effect |
|---|---|
| Lines | Draws a dashed line connecting stops in order on the map |
| Days | Shows each customer's delivery days on their stop card |
| Geofences | Overlays your configured geofence boundaries on the map |
Reload refreshes all route and customer data from the server. If you have unsaved stop order changes, Reload will save them first before refreshing.
The route picker lists all your routes. Masters are listed first, with their sub-routes indented immediately below. Use the search box to filter by route name.
